I‘ ve a strange issue wirh my CRT Montor. Some Games like Aero Fighters and also MVS works, but Game Elf, 60 in 1 and Crazy Kong shows onyl a black Screen. Here are a picture from the tube and also from the chassis. It runs on 128V.

This could be an explanation. Would it be possible to convert the signal from 15k to 31k, Respectively how would it be possible to play crazy kong on this monitor? |

If your playing neo geo
Your good for 15khz I would look at sync & ground. And if the dips are set correctly on the Game elf / 60 in 1 Game elf I think came in 2 flavors 15 & 31 60 in 1 has dips for 31 -15khz Crazy kong pinout I’m not familiar with. will be 15khz but where sync & ground are I don’t know I’m not sure if it’s jamma or pre jamma Like have you played these other games on this monitor before? Now it’s works. Thanks to your tips, what I still have is a purple image on one side. I don't have a speaker or anything there, but I suspect it's the monitor.  Edited by alfa75 - 03 Jun 2022 at 7:22pm |

Need to demagnetise your screen
You have been moving it around disturbing the magnetic field. You must either have no auto degausse usually automatic on power on. Checks it’s plug-in on chassi it will be coming of the thick wire that goes around back of the screen. With a double socket similar to the yoke wires. Connectors. Don’t put screen near anything magnetic like speakers Hanterex similair to power molex jack Or you need to buy a hand held degausse Yeh all the Color’s around the edges of your screen are all out of wack like the colours of the rainbow Other than that crazy kong looks mint mate  Edited by Retroman839 - 03 Jun 2022 at 7:46pm |
