As the thread title says. Whats your favourite generic JAMMA cabs?

I've had Bas, Silverline, Challenger, Europcoin... but my favs are the Goliaths. They just scream old school UK arcade to me!

If there's one cab I think i'll end up regretting selling it would be an EC Midi.  But i've still got two JAMMA cabs so I don't feel too bad about it :)

I like my Electrocoin Spectrum, just had the monitor serviced and a new flyback, so should serve me well for a few years hopefully.

From a home standpoint, I love the EC Midi as it's so compact - but still feels like a real cab!

just been browsing though the machines I've bought and sold over the years and =

1. CVS woody cab, really nice to play, small and dinky, lovely little cabs

2. Electrocoin Midi, as above much love for these classic cabs, very well made

3. Challenger cab, probably because of the thought they put into the artwork for the glass, marquee and CP overlay, which ironically probably didn't cost much more money than the Silverlines, Bas and other generic cabs other companies produced

and on a side note I reckon people appreciate a cab more if it was absolutely mint with no marks, scratches, dings, had an easy life etc, it makes it stick in peoples mind more

Had a videomaster and videowizard. Both v nice mid size cabs. Ive never owned a goliath but a row of goliaths is just pure 90s awesomeness. at this point in my collecting i would favour a row of ec midis i think. At the mo I have 2 cabaret jammas in the collection with 19" monitors and love em. Small but still proper cabs.

Yep, EC Goliath for full upright, and EC Midi for cabaret size.

The former in particular is great for using in a house because you don't have to pull it out from the wall to rotate the monitor or change the board, etc.

Ah yes, both sides had damage due to it being metal barred and then broken into, I got my mate who’s got a steel works to make me x2 matching plates for each side, I would of filled it with filler first

I have two VideoMaster cabs so I guess I'd have to say those.  If space wasn't an issue I'd really like a couple of nice Goliaths...

Another vote for the EC Midi here, and also the Supreme Video cabs are nice. I have two EC Spectrums which look great but I find the screen a bit to close to the glass and 'full-on' in those.
