I'm looking for a decent condition Lordsvale MVS cab similar to the one that was recently offered in the For Sale section on here (gutted that I missed that by a few days as it would have been perfect!).

This would be my first cab so I'm looking for something that is in good condition (minimal cosmetic damage screen burn etc) and doesn't require any work to get playing although I'm sure this will be the start of a very expensive hobby and I'm already contemplating a nice candy cab (blast city etc) as a second purchase.

I'd also need to get it delivered to south east London either by paying the seller to deliver or arranging a courier/friend with a van.

Cheers.

Hi. Do you have a pic of the machine you're after? I've got an Electrocoin NeoGeo in good condition but not sure it's the right one.

This has the mainly red stripy control panel, it's also got a official SNK memory card for storing your progress, is in close to mint condition with very tidy wiring, has zero screen burn, 4 button 2 player layout and game up/down buttons with game number indicator. It's got room for 4 (IIRC) game mini marquees up at the top and next to the stereo speaker grilles and full set of locks and keys.

Martin - TheDeliveryMan - has dropped off and picked up here so he can cover the transport.

I've got a selection of NG mobos so you can pick what you want (more slots = nice to be able to flick through games but they're flaky on some carts; fewer slots = more stable but you have to swap carts more frequently). I've also got some games I could include.

cheers
tim

Hi Tim,

The ideal cab I was thinking of was this one but I'd consider an Electrocoin cabinet as long as it isn't the massive one with six mini marquees as that's a bit too big for my liking - do you have any pics of the cab?

What sort of price would we be talking about for the cab with a 2 or 4 slot board? - Feel free to PM me if you want to discuss it privately :)

Sadly it's not that one. At least I know the Lordsvale is the green one :)

I'll get some pics for you but it might have to wait till the weekend. We can take it from there once you've seen it.

The Lordsvale in demand is the green one without the marquee area. The Electrocoin ones like you have are nice cabs but much bigger :)

Yeah, the little green Lordsvales are very nice but I don't mind having a reasonable sized marquee... the massive Electrocoin one with 6 mini marquees (3x2) is a bit much for me though... the marquee looks almost as tall as the screen area!

Unfortunately I can find at least 5 different styles of cab that fit Tim's description and each one has a different size marquee.

This one has a pretty small marquee area - it's not the big bastard one that towers over you.

Cools - you still got that WTB picture from the other week - that one showed the exact cab I'm offering.

Ahh I've just seen that thread now... I think that cab is the one described as an Electrocoin Single on this page?

If so, I'm interested... give me a price :)

You also mentioned you had some games you could include?
