Problem Video Wizard Issues (Hantarex US 250 PSU & Harness Wiring)

Looking for some general guidance on this really. The cab power supply has always been a bit flaky since I've had the cab. The 5v won't go high enough to power my larger boards at 5.00V (Hishouzame, Twin Cobra etc) and you can often see minor fluctuations on the voltmeter in use. With that said I have until now been playing my Out Zone board without any issues.

Now my none of my boards will even power up though I think it may be 2 separate issues (note boards are fine, tested on Supergun to verify). The Jamma harness itself is a frikking mess, so possibly something has come loose or shorted, is it just better to get a new connector and rewire it? Can anyone see anything obvious from the pics (I straightened a few pins before taking pics).

With regards to the power supply, is there anywhere I can get a like for like replacement?

My wiring and diagnostic skills are not the best but I'm willing to give it all a go

I had that issue with a Jamma Cab with Hantarex Monitor, problem was the PCB PSU was part of the monitor and couldn't get over 5.00v to power bootleg Final Crash PCB, didn't like the cab anyway so sold it, crappy old Table cab was no issue, have a couple of cabs with the 250 psu also, hopefully recap would sort it

I have seen worse harnesses to be fair , The PSU are you getting any voltage from it at all ??

I’ve not had a chance to check it yet tbh. It did this once before and then out of nowhere just worked again. I need to get in there and have a proper look and measure but I’m time limited atm for a week or two.
