This is an old chassis now, but hoping that someone still has one in a machine.

What I need to no is what IC populates the MQ board at position IC2. Mine is missing from the board and the manual does not list it.

Ok..Thanks for the warning .
It's probably why the machine has been neglected for so long.

Hello,
I got a hantarex mtc 90. the image did not look quite right, so first I did a good cleaning and then changed the capacitors. I have got a good image. For days it worked fine, but suddenly a spark jumped burning the bakelite. The tripler did find it on eBay at a reasonable price, but I want to change the flyback.

And here comes my question, what reference can I search? The reference indicated in the manual does not exist on the internet.

Some pics

It seems that the flyback has lost the label with the reference. it reads "Sarea 51.0280" and below "Sarea 51.0279" but I can't find anything

It's muy first post, i'm from Spain :)
Thanks foro the help!

Hello again,
in another forum I have resolved the fault. They indicated that the fault was not the flyback. changing the transistor bf871 of the MU module and repairing the burned track has risen :)

@Retromanic2 I don't have that ic and my monitor works fine. does anyone know what it is for?

Well thats interesting, thanks for letting me no. Is your monitor a 19" or 14" .
Mine is from 14" cocktail machine.

Glad you managed to fix your monitor. I have lost all the low voltages, none of the LED's are lighting.
So not got as far as getting a picture yet.

Have found a diss-connected wire on the Monitor neck board for the Red.
Two faulty fuse holders on the Power Supply to the Main Game Boards.

A long way to go yet I think.

I have few working mtc90. With a working one its more easy to find the problem.
If you want you can send me all the modules and i can test it without any charge
Most of the people change from mtc90 to mtc900

mine is 19 ". There is very little information in the forums. I don't have much experience repairing monitors, but check the MU and MR board for some bad component.

I hope you find the fault,

regards
