Where are you based?, if your local to me I have a bunch of Naomi's that work fine with netdimms you can test it on to be sure.

What is the voltage of your setup?, the most common issues with NetDimms is that they are very sensitive to voltage (far more than the naomi itself), if they are exposed to over something like 5.2v (I cant remember exactly, but its in that ball park) then one of the chips just burns out and it becomes dud.

Cool I’m in West Midlands which is prob a bit far....lol

It helps to have a cheap standard Naomi cartridge as a tester to see that the system is working without the net dimm, I use a virtua tennis cart which there seems to be millions of....

I typically get the voltage close using the Naomi with a cart installed first then try it with the net Dimm and readjust from there to be safe...I know from bad experience of burning one out at too high a voltage sadly...:-(

Did you check the DIMMs are seated properly? Might have come dislodged on the journey from Holland. Also check the daughter board is seated.

Btw if the chip on the net dimm does get burnt out from overvoltage it’s unrepairable...which makes it just sooo annoying

I dunno about unrepairable Wink it is a common issue though.

Is the 512mb    Supposed to have 2 dims?

I have a tennis 2 cart Naomi is operating ok
Apart from really bad buzz through the speakers I can only turn it up a little bit
Tried phono out on board to another speaker and same
It’s like needs grounding ?

I believe they can have either 1 or 2 dimms for the 256mb and 512 mb varieties but I’m not 100%

Yeah that buzz can be a grounding issue or something else, i believe the type of buzz can help determine what it is (whether it’s high pitched, fast or slow, how volume affects it)....could be a bad cap etc
