The password reset doesnt appear to be working.

I cant get into my original account which is Fantazia2, Ive tried the password reset option but it doesnt send an email to me to reset, and Ive checked in the spam filter in the email account and nothing in there either

I did used to get emails for private message notifications so Ive got the correct email address registered, its a hotmail address if that makes any difference, saying that just tried to send a PM to my original account and not getting a notification for it so looks like an issue with the email address on my account.

Ive also tried to email the info@ukvac.com email address from the front page but it got bounced back a couple of days later.

Check your junk email.


I'm on Hotmail/Outlook.com and notifications and password reset emails are working fine. I've just tested it using my account.

As mentioned already checked in my junk folder and nothing there, tried several times as well.

Also checked in my blocked senders list and nothing in there.

Can an admin check the email on my profile, its the same as my username at Hotmail.com

Cheers, seems to have started working now.

Added ukvac.com and uk-vac.com to my allowed senders list and emails now appear to be coming through again.

Hi I am having a similar issue I have been requesting for a couple of days, I have checked my junk and rules etc in hotmail but not recieving hence the new profile +1. Can an Admin help please.
