Connect the vga of the board to another monitor or tv with vga etc, that way you will know if its the monitor or the board, I suspect the board there not known for their reliability, Just pick up another 60 in 1 cheap and swap it over,

Hello there - i have swapped the board and still no joy ? Strange ! Could it possibly be the PSU ?

Put some photos up of how the PSU is connected to the Power cord etc. Does the monitor draw power from the PSU or is it plugged in somewhere else?
