I'm posting  all the Taito Cocktail Card artwork that I have here, feel free to add what you have...
If they are posted twice then they are different scans/sources.
Some are original scans while others are Photoshopped/traced and may have been modified.

ASTEROIDS
(Japanese)

PHOENIX
(English)

(German)

POLARIS
(English)

GALAXIAN
(Japanese)

LUPIN III
(English)

(Japanese)

SPACE INVADERS
(English)

(Japanese)

SPACE INVADERS PT II
(English)

(Japanese)

LUNAR RESCUE
(English)

The instruction card for Lunar Rescue (below) was done by a someone on this forum from memory, I believe it was scanned from a completely faded card and I'm pretty sure the colours are incorrect.

Below is a card pulled from one of my cocktails.
The white section is where the card has faded over time, the pink colour is what they would have been originally.
The second image is where I've cleaned the image up and restored the pink colour.

CRAZY CLIMBER
(English)

JUNGLE KING
(English)

ELEVATOR ACTION
(Japanese)

ARKANOID
(Japanese)

HALLEYS COMET
(Japanese)

GALAXIAN
(Japanese)

PHOENIX
(English) by R64

SPACE INVADERS COLOR
(English)

SPACE CHASER

SPACE LASER

SPACE FIREBIRD

DEFENDER

This is a scan of a photocopy that was in one of my tables. It was photo copied onto green paper but I'm not sure if that was the colour of the original.

Awesome mate, I haven't seen those before.
I just received a (Zun Zun) Block PCB, nice to have the card for it.
Thanks.  Smile

Was this your original card?

The original Japanese card had red which I'm guessing would be the same for the English card.

Yes Smile I couldn't work out where it had come from until it was pointed out to me that I posted this picture a while ago.
