Still no response or acknowledgement of my request from Plaion. Sent them another email saying I will escalate to a PayPal dispute if I don't hear back within 24 hours. Pretty poor to be honest, however successful their launch has been. Doesn't bode well for any issues post release.

I do think there’s a risk they’ve overstretched themselves with all this - it was a massively well received announcement (which promised a hell of a lot).
Hopefully you get your money back soon - they can’t ignore refunds just because they may need the money up front for development and manufacturing.

i actually pulled back on ordering one of these when i saw the hype for it....something in me just said "just wait and see what they are like when they actually come out"

the non refund stuff is disgraceful from any company regardless of how big or small they are, i messaged someone on ebay today about something that hadnt been dispatched and they replied within about an hour asking me if i wanted a refund...one single person

for a company not to have infrastructure in place to deal with a mass market order is piss poor

Just for clarity: they're slow but they're refunding, as reported by several customers. PayPal claims take 30 days before escalation so either way it'll go through when someone gets round to it.

Not saying it's fine, just thought it worth avoiding confusion about phrases like non-refund.

Gone with
Shock troopers as i want
That in my aes shelf
Of doom ..

Pulstar - incase in an alternate reality this remake
Ends up worth £5867

GMOTW - because it’s a good beat em up with great tight play mechanics , slick animations, and me and my bro like to play it.

I have gmotw already on aes & mvs but for £69 I just couldn’t resist the pull…

Buying a mark of the wolves from Argo for £69 ?

I get £50 Argos voucher each time a fit a velux at work and I got Three on order Só no brainer

Did you not buy it ?
If you buy the velux just start an account with velux for velux rewards
You may have trouble after ..
The way it works you need the reciept ..
You add a photo of the reciept to the velux rewards account then after 24 Hours your rewards voucher should be awarded. You choose which you like from lots of options . Bit I always choose Argos
