how many outrun duluxes are known to be in the uk now? somewhere in the region of.... 5? wild guess.

Not sure but I know 7 off the top of my head

Olly's, Bods, Ordyne, hasn't u72 got 2 lol, not sure of his name on here but Gary?? has a space harrier deluxe as well, had it up for sale when j+ had that collection part & then I saw pics of one in someone's storage unit surrounded by loads of junk.

So I will say 10+ but it would be interested to know how many

Paulinnottingham has one too

Doesn't Bristol Martin have one as well??

In fact 2 were listed on ebay towards the end of 2013, one that I think Bods knew about that was a bit rough & then the second is what I won, so there are possibly a few about owned by people not on the forums as well, I wonder how many were actually on site in the uk in the 80's.

what rock have I been under, just noticed this thread

'.......wow'

Wonder how many arses have sat in that in its lifetime. As vib said I would love to know the history. I wonder if it's the one I played on nearly everyday in Llandudno on me school 6 week hols.

Only history I know is, I bought it from a guy in Essex, it was sat in his garage a few years but was emigrating so he needed it gone, he said he bought it from the midlands, Birmingham iirc, it was clearly a seaside cab, plenty of wooden chip forks & lolly sticks when I took it apart, yours I presume Beaps
smiley36.gif

When I was cleaning it I found all kinds of seaside stuff inside, stripy straws, metal cutlery, a couple of markers, tokens, redemption tickets and about £4 in change. Always plenty of fizzy drink juice in these big cabs which is nice
