Problem HANTAREX MTC900E Chassis Service Required

I have a MTC900E chassis that needs a service, It was not used for many, many years.
I thought about going through the chassis myself, replacing the caps, rusty parts and reflow solder and then see, but thought to ask here incase anyone can service them who knows the ins and outs of this monitor.

Biggest issue with these is the small transformer, the thin wires corrode and break off, can be mended sometimes if it has. Gunblade or TB2000 were the chassis gurus reach out to see if they can accommodate. There is a lot of info on these out there I have recapped and repaired a couple of mine.

Thanks for the pointers, Id sooner one of those guys sort it for me but if I get no offers then will have a go myself.

I think you’re right. I’ll ask @tb2000 and see if he has the bandwidth or desire to take a look.

Can definitely recommend tb2000 for the 900E. He's done a couple for me.
