Few weeks ago I purchased a Switch 2 with 3 games intending to play over the Christmas break. I like the Console, a lot higher quality than what I was expecting, was easy to transfer my Switch account etc, and I am a big Metroid fan, and with prices only set to go up, it was a no brainer really.
I have 2 Cabs for horizontal and vertical, and a collection of hundreds of PCBs but I have not gone on them much in the last 6 months. The holiday break has allowed me to have 'proper' goes on them - Truxton II on my Capcom Cute and Ghosts n Goblins on my Xenon, and then I found out that Gaplus works without needing the 3 pin power connector, so I can play that now, and that is all I have been on and really enjoying ! The Switch 2 games are still in their plastic and I am not fussed about even bothering.
I love gaming new and old but you can't beat putting a classic game in your authentic cab and just having an hour on it.
Anyway that's my New Year's message HNY!!!
