MyUS Alternative?

I have always used myUS to have items shipped from the USA that do not offer UK shipping however I have not used them since 2022, but a work colleague recently had an absolute nightmare with them (lost package) and after doing some reading of recent google reviews it appears their service has deteriorated.

Anyone recommend an alternative?
