why does my forum page show the picture below?

Any ideas please why i see the "Content not viewable in your Region2 image like the pic below. I am UK baswed, not made any changes. I thought maybe there was anew setting in profuile about region? But could not see anything.

Any thoughts?

You have to change the theme to the standard one

Its a default image that the web forum template uses that is hosted on a US service that has blocked access from the UK due to Adult content age verification rules that they dont want to implement to avoid being fined.
