Overpriced. Just a generic cocktail running a Ms Pac-Man board. Looks to be JAMMA wired too, as the PCB is plugged in using a converter. looks in good shape, though.

Yeah I like the Sega Carnival for sure, but how much do you reckon the Ms Pacman should actually be worth? And is that a bootleg board or original? I can't quite make it out

Hard to see for sure as the shoddy soldered-on JAMMA adapter obscures it, but sure looks like a boot.  It's not running on AC like an unmodified Ms/Pacman, that's for sure.

Another vote for the Carnival, that is a sexy machine.
