We're pleased to announce that in a continuing partnership, ukVac and Retro Revival Events are proud to bring you a fantastic Raffle Opportunity:

Yes! We are really giving away a fully working Genuine Atari Asteroids Cabaret! Someone who attends the Revival Mini Event on the 7th December, 2013 will walk away with this fantastic prize!

Anyone who buys a ticket for the Revival Mini meet gets one raffle ticket with more on sale on the day. The prize will be drawn live at 16:30 to one lucky attendee (full details below) on the 7th.

Every penny will go the RRE's nominated Charity - Children in Need and so its for a massive cause and hope you'll all give it you full support!

In addition to this, RRE have generously donated 15 tickets to ukVac for its members to come and enjoy the weekend and get involved with this Arcade bliss and help orchestrate the raffle! We will be offering these tickets shortly on a first-come-first-served basis working from Cab Donators -> ukVac Admin -> VAC.Backers with any remainders being distributed to the forum members! Details will follow shortly!

We hope we've covered any question, here's this small print but do ask for more clarification if you need it!

Quote ukVac / RRE Revival Mini raffle: Win an real ASTEROIDS CABARET Vintage Arcade Game

Only at Revival Mini, Saturday 7-th December, 2013. Held at the Sports and Social Club, Kenilworth.

  • ·         Each Revival Mini ticket purchased for the Saturday event includes a single raffle ticket
  • ·         Additional raffle tickets will be available on the day to boost your chances of winning at £1 a ticket
  • ·         We're hoping to organise online raffle tickets  to be purchased but only for ticket holders and again, the winner must be in attendance at the draw
  • ·         ALL raffle tickets proceeds will go to the Event's nominated Charity
  • ·         Prize will ONLY be winnable at the time of draw at 16:30 07-Dec-13
  • ·         Should the Asteroids have broken down during the show then the winner can opt for a Cash Equivalent (est. £250)
  • ·         Should the Winner not wish to keep the machine, again the Cash Equivalent can be opted for (est. £250)
  • ·         In the Event of either 'Cash Equivalent' option being used, if there is enough interest, the machine will be available on an open auction to attendees  starting at the Cash Equivalent value (est. £250): all proceeds above this again will be put to the Event's nominated Charity.

Aww thanks! It's very rewarding when you hear people like your efforts!

In the next couple of weeks I'll be posting a few other drafts I made... heres a sneak peek at my first draft (with its inspiration!)

Yes it's still a two day event, but from experience most people come the first day, often long distances and we're hoping the winner will be present, so spreading it over 2 days seemed harsh.

Tickets are available here: http://www.revivalretroevents.com/index.php/tickets?task=viewevent&itid=2

I will be starting a thread later for first come first served free UkVac tickets, initially for Vac.Backers :)
