They are not always expensive. Go for the lesser top titles and you will get a good pin.

Stripped all of the playfield you can see all of the dirt and ball trails

bagged up and labelled all of the plastics and wireforms up in seperate sections ready for cleaning and spent about 8 hours cleaning and polishing the playfield with foam cleaner
Novus 1,2,3 ect then 3 coats of carnuba wax

my new rubbers and star posts have arrived :) i am looking forward to fitting them next weekend

led,s sound board parts and remaining plastics arrived today
I will update later

Today i cleaned all of the backbox lamp sockets and fitted some led,s
So im pleased to say that there is nothing wrong with the back box gi just lots of dead bulbs





I have chose leds that are no brighter than the original incandecent bulbs
As im not a fan of the eyeburning clown puke look :)

They Should draw less current aswell and help out the old electronics

I also managed to find a better non faded trans light so with the glass scraped and cleaned up i fitted it


And with the leds



Fitted new star posts rubbers and slingshot plastics with lexan protector washers
And gi leds
The picture has a mixture of under playfield leds and incandecents i need to order more leds
                        
and you cant tell the difference so im happy





I have removed the sound board and have the new caps amps and rom sockets
I will fit these tomorrow

So i replaced the caps and audio amps and reflowed the header pins



Which sadly made no difference
So i have ordered new roms / speach roms

As i have ran out of led,s i placed another order for more and got on with polishing all the metalwork and re fitting it

Thanks hopefully i will have it all finished for when you come round again
So you can actually have a go this time   

Still waiting for the other leds to turn up i got board and put the rest of the playfield together




The new sound roms arrived today i fitted them and all of the sound now works

Put some new balls in aswell
Ive been playing it quite a lot this weekend its plays nice and fast its a fun game

Still a few jobs to do but waiting on bits to arrive
