God no. I still have nightmares about an experience with it about 15 years ago. Luckily the sink was next to the toilet so I could relieve both ends simultaneously 😱

I’ve got an uncle who’s been in hospital for 2 weeks with it.
My mum was hospitalised when I had it. Had to get her to look after our daughter as my wife and I were both totally incapacitated and she caught it from her. Fucking nightmare.I’ve got an uncle who’s been in hospital for 2 weeks with it.

I once worked in Electronics Boutique and a guy phoned in sick one day, I took the call. The poor sod was so desperate he just about managed to say 'i'm not going to be in, today'.. I asked if he was ok.. he then uttered the immortal words 'it's coming out of both ends' before ending the call.
