this is the hardest bit getting as many of the driving games working as possible, Teknoparrot is great, Model 2 Emu is good

I started out with Raine running in dos to play Chase HQ with my PC wheel which worked brilliant and OutRun with FFB plugin on the System16 emulator, only issue was it didn't have all the sounds like you get when op amps gone

Is there anything you can play all of them on different emulators through one front end?

See my post before this one, or get on arcadepunks and download one of their prebuilts

I have an Outrun 2 parts cab I've done this on.

The one I gave you should be powerfull enough for most racing games videocard will need upgrading for some of the more demanding ones.

I7-3770 = 4 x 3.4ghz + HT.

Ridge Racer Mame now handles fine, and should be fine on that CPU too, that CPU will have issue with a couple of racers on mame iirc (an indy car one and something else), anything 3D is handled by the CPU too, GPU I would upgrade, but not expensively 970/1070 range to handle some of the TP titles. My cab is a 4th gen i7 and a 1070.

Runs quite a lot in TP, was trying to test R-Tuned as that struggled on the PC I gave my nephew with similar gpu to this one, but it craps out before it starts for some reason but was running ok in my driving machine after pc and gfx upgrade so need to look into that, probably needs some more bits installed on windows, I'll look at replacement gpu when I get more of the machine setup with I/0 and FFB boards

Just got seat stripped down now cleaning it all, looking quite nice :)

Looks nice with the red parts but gotta say these look smart in Blue

Get so much dirt in places you just can't get too unless you take it apart, looking better though
Gave the red frame a t-cut and deffo no space for a subwoofer in these seats, they were rubbish anyway in the older cabs

Seat still needs more cleaning with all the little holes its hard getting all the dirt out
Got it back together anyway, thats where I am with it so far, so really it's getting PC connected to controls and setup with games now

Yeh i need to get my arse into gear ! Your naking me look bad , lol.

Dave.
Not at all Dave, I've not been with it for a few years and trying to get back into things myself, I know what it's like, never get anywhere near the amount I should do through the winter but a lot of it is because I don't have space to work, this got me moving though. To be fair all I've been doing is taking it apart further and cleaning, then rebuilding it Which isn't major work, enjoying it though which is good

I was going to see if @Bods had any availability next week to do one for me :ROFLMAO:. He has been lighting it up this week with his refurb !
Sure when the weather improves and spring fully hits you will be raring to go Dave :)
I maybe available at weekends soon after last weekend at work  Cleaning this machine is much more enjoyable too
Bonus is I've hardly had the heating on as this has kept me warm :)

got my drawer or springs though I found quite a few more to go in there so I'm moving them to a double size drawer. Everything I take apart to scrap I save nuts, bolts, washers, springs etc which saves you buying lots

IMG_5872.jpeg

I have one of these on order .
And just wonderd ?
If windows works with this sega rally 3 cab why is this needed ?
If you use teknoparot and pay licence for BFF will all TP driving games have original ffb in a sega rally 3 cab ?

And how does the SR 3 happ dash compare to model 2 dash ?

Model 2 emu is great as ffb is all original só that is going to work right off the bat 😁for you .
