Yes.. many of the penny / all win games are timeless. Certainly I remember playing them as a child when they were already antiques! - usually presented nicely together on public display at various places.
As private collectables I'd be interested to see if the market starts to tail off as the years go on or visa versa? My thinking is that it will be 70's early 80's arcade cabinets being listed in about 30 years time and at that time if anybody will still want them given the repairs are going to be harder than the mechanical items.
