Access denied

Quite often when trying to add photos to messages
I get

access denied
Only members with sufficient pemission can access this page

I have tried logging out and back in and switching between mobile and basic is there another way round this ?

This happens to me when I’m using my iPad. If I log in to the forums using my PC with Internet Explorer in Windows 10 then it works fine.
