is there any value to an original certificate for one of these. I have had this for years and found it while clearing out some boxes

Could be might be best asking on pinballinfo... I'm sure some record the serials online so may be possible to track it down to the machine if its on there?
If you cant find the serial on that website and your not on pinballinfo I could ask on there for you

Do you still have this certificate?
My machine is 0638.
I need a certificate and be better to have mismatch than none at all.

are you interested in selling it?
and is it the actual original or is it a reprint?
once it was realized a lot of the purchasers of the machines disregarded the cert I think Ballys offered to replace them.
And now several people online are offering to provide reprints of them and imprint the machine number on that cert.
I think i'd rather get an original with wrong machine number than reprint with correct number.
