Im interested in buying a couple of these but are you able to change it back to "Insert coin instead of press start" and "credit instead of freeplay" ?
Otherwise its no longer considered original , cannot use coin , and devalues the entire dedicated cabinet.
I have a couple of taito cabinets im trying to restore , would so love an invaders revenge <3.

Freeplay is selectable as an option, as is paid (coin) mode

I'm also intrigued how having freeplay would completely devalue an entire cab, after all, just installing one of these kits means it's lo longer "original"

i dont know if phil is still making these multigame kits but if you want a invaders revenge i am selling mine.

isnt this the cocktail table only version or is it switchable via the dipswitch to upright ?

You can disable screen flipping on most boards (or do it in software, but I wouldn't suggest doing it this way with Invader's Revenge unless you bypass its code protection)
