Another Klingon to i-pac wiring thread

Feel like this should be easier. I have it all wired up, and it seems to be validating coins (old 10ps and old £1's are validated, new 10ps and new £1 rejected but .. no credits being added.

C120 -> ribbon cable -> klingon board -> ipac

From the big connector on the klingon board:

1 : 12v

2 : key

3 : ground

4 : to p1 coin on IPAC

Do I need a Zener diode? is that why its not crediting up? (If I ground the credit pin, it still credits up, so my ipac is currently still ok)

Was able to sort this in the end - the ribbon cable between the mech and the coin validator was dodgy!

a bit I would normally just presume was ok, but hey, cheap fix, so thats good
