1989 to mid 90's was the time I got into arcade machines, going to Whitley Bay every Sunday.
When I was in uni in 1998, I started buying up all my favourite game boards from that era (to the point I had to stop myself around 2001 after spending £180 on a PCB and feeling guilty  ).
I loved the music around 1989/90, but I lost interest as the 90's went on.. I've always preferred the 80's (particularly the first half) , but I think in hindsight there was a lot of great 90's stuff, it was the extremely cheesey dance all over the charts and the radio that did my head in. Well, that and Oasis 😐.
