Attract Mode Front End Themes/Layouts?

It seems like the forums for AM are down/long gone and I didn't back up previous themes/layouts. I'm particularly after the flat blue and nevato ones if anyone has a link to those and any others?

@chunksin I don't suppose you still have the Flatblue themese by any chance? I know you've used it in your old GM PCs before.
