I want to know where does one get barrel keys cut / replaced?

isn't it easier to buy 2 new barrel locks off of ebay (or one of the shops linked from Jamma+ (awaits flames))

thats what I usually do ...

Well its either 4 new locks or 1 new key..
I will try the normal key cutting places tomorrow
