There is a load of rate chuncky cables and cant fins a pinout diagram for it so not done anything with it. It was happily sat of my "Scrap" pile, May be worth saving maybe.

Even the title screen use the same logo shape and style.

I would love a Xevious cab, should have bought one when no one wanted them and thought they looked ugly. I bladdy love them.

I have a Xevious cab I have it mainly because I love the cab design , But the in game "music" if you can call it that spangles my head, they should play it in Guantanamo bay during interrogations , would get all the info you need from anyone in less than an hour.

I would hazard a guess there is both Namco and Atari versions of the PCB design, mine is a Namco two layer PCB but they dont go on top of each other instead they are single layered and are joined by a ribbon cables so they take up the same space as a standard Atari single layer PCB.

Also forgot to say I think Xevious was the very first overhead scrolling shooter, without Xevious we might not have had 1942 ( not the year the game ),Espagaluda and Raiden as a couple of examples.

Wouldn't have bothered me much though, don't like vertical smups much , cant cope too much going on for my liking.:ROFLMAO:

I have the same boardset but mine is running the Xevios bootleg.
You are missing one program ROM where you have the empty socket.
The pinout (for my board)....

The video connector should be obvious from the cable colours...
