The IP address from that page resolves to African Location, so probably based in Africa or using a VPN top hide their location.

I think you can report scam gmail addresses to google.

Just to add I got a PM with a link to this email address for the yamaha chips I needed for my ikari warriors.

Nearly fell for it until I realized the user who PMed me was new without posts so asked for verification and never got a reply.

Usually on guard for this sort of thing but on here I'm less wary but there were just enough red flags to eventually get my attention that it might be a scam.
