I've got a bunch of old wicos that I'm trying to restore. A few have marks/stains on it like this...

Is it possible to get these looking anywhere near decent again?

Cheers

One handy little tip, stick the actual joystick in drill, then cup fine sandpaper in your hand and spin away, nice and even. Same for polishing.

Beside that, the colour may be destroyed. Maybe someone else can chime in there.

Watching some of the programmes like repair shop, salvage hunters the restorers, who would of thought you could restore a film poster in bits, need to watch that fully still but it shows you that nothing is junk and should be thrown out, would think that lot of sticks was fit for bin and yet they look like new after, lesson dont dump anything without looking

Only thing you cant repair is glass reallyBods2021-09-10 18:08:14
