Deleting all private messages - restore?

Hi,

I have done this for the 3rd time now, selected messages to delete, then click delete all - goops every message ever deleted.

I notice if you have the email notification about the PM, you can still view.

Is there a way to restore them to inbox?

The short answer is - not easily no. It would require some major time/effort by someone in the admin team to work with the raw database and backups, the forum itself doesn't implement anything to help here.

Hopefully the new forum system will have some extra features to help with this. We realise the PM system isn't 'optimal', especially around housekeeping.

My own fault.

My partner does this with my man draw... go's to tidy it up a bit, and it ends up empty with nothing left.

I should be able to search through outbox, or my emails to find what I wanted to know. Anyone dealing with me currently, I hope they see this, but most people who really need me, mid way through trades etc have my phone/whats app.

I've done the same previously.

A 'This is going to nuke all PMs.. ARE YOU SURE?!!' popup would really do wonders
