Dreamcast SD adaptor and Dreamshell

Has anybody got experience of using one of these and running Atomiswave via SD card. Any recommendations on SD card to use etc. Do they run full speed etc? Would be appreciated.

Would like to try the Atomiswave games via the Dreamcast along with some of the unreleased games.
