Ok, as you and we now know it was in fact Richie100, we honestly didn't know 100% until he outed himself but of course we had suspicions.
We genuinely don't like to boot folk off here but due to the aggro he caused last time and ill feeling added to the fact he slunk his way back in with a different profile we had no choice but to suspend him again.

We may have been slow to act but he had deals on going with other members and didn't want to risk more fallout until things had reached there conclusion with said deals.

Have we seen the last of him?.... probably not but we want to go on the record as saying we wish him no ill will and the best in what ever he decides to do.

For the good of the forum as a whole, I think you guys made the right choice.

Clearly we don't know the full story about what went on behind the scenes. So only you guys know whether the guy deserved a second chance or not, and I know you guys would only use banning as a last resort

Yeah, apologies for the slow reaction from the team on this one but with the bank holiday it wasn't the best of times to try and get a good joined up behind the scenes decision on what was the best course to take here. Bottom line is banning someone is as extreme as it get's and I believe we've only done it once. But when we have to, we have to and nobody should expect to be able to just come in with another user name asking for a second chance - that would be a complete injustice to the people who suffered via PM last time round.

We will be monitoring and WILL ban again without notice next time. But hopefully there won't be a next time!
