I've bought an ergonomic mesh chair with a lumbar support as I am a terrible sloucher and am on a computer all day 
I just cannot get comfy with it at all, and starting to get back pain !!
Too high pushes me forward too much
Just above the belt line I can just feel it pushing against the lower back.
Just wondered if its just me and they take time to get used to and this is my back trying to get back to being how it should be ??
Anyone else had a lumbar support and was it comfy straight away, or took time ?
