Dear UKvac members, I finally find some time to do a repair. Well I hoped it was a simple repair, because my soldering skills are good, but my technical knowledge isn't.

I had a pcb (bootleg, I can tell) lying around with only this marking on it: 36....

There was one eprom gone, so I guessed someone just pulled it out to do another repair.

To find out which game it was I did a rom readout with my TOP538 eprom reader. Then I uploaded this file to romident.coinopflorida.com << very handy and the game that popped up was super pac-man, jee!

Well then it all goes quick. I searched my few chip for a 2764 eprom... no luck there. So I pulled one from a skywolf bootleg. Read it out, so I can put it back later on the skywolf. And then erased it.

Why I don't know, but when you download the right rom from the web, always are the files in it marked with non logic names....

So know I had to find out which rom for which eprom. I read out the 4 eproms on the board and so I could check which eprom was matching with the files inside the rom. I had one file left, this was it. So I burned it and then! Nothing...

Why not? Well the pinout from this board was bootleg logic (no logic here) made. So I quickly read out the right pins for ground and 5 volt.

Then fired up the board. And there I go 44 pins left to see what was sync, found it. Found a color and then within minutes. Well photo's to see the result:

This was my first fix log, so maybe a little ruff. But hopefully you enjoyed it :). One last question, I couldn't find any information on this board but does someone know's the value of it?

Greetings, DKams!
