Fix logs section

New section to house and store any game fix logs users have. Please try and use the game name as the subject. Suggested format is to show the problem symptoms, action taken, and the final fix.

Aww c'mon, everyone has fixed something at some point. Doesn't matter how easy or "basic" a fix is, everyone is new at some point and can learn from what others have done in the past.
