I hear that Dsyde from JAMMA+ is claiming that i left that forum of my own free will. Its not as clear cut as that.

here is part of dsyde's message to me that came out of the blue one day...

"I am messaging you to let you know that if you commit to Tims new site, you
will be removed from Jamma+ at a moments notice, this will include all your
previous posts and your entire PM inbox ad outbox. Same goes for anyone else
on IRC who chooses to follow Tim.

The next few messages were along the lines of - no idea what you're on about, but i wont be told that i need to pledge allegiance to one forum only, i will post on other forums all the time. If this is your attitude and your policy then i don't want to continue posting on J+ and you better remove all trace of me as you have threatened.

Hey dude,

I think most people with a brain have figured out that we didn't just throw a hissy fit and huff off from J+, especially given the hours that we'd both put in to helping people get their games back to life amongst other aspects of supporting the board.

I've had a huge number of emails and PMs on other forums over the past weeks suspecting that the stated record is incorrect and also many stating their appreciation for the effort we'd put into J+. Given the state of affairs I think many of those people will be either making ukvac.com part of their daily browsing, or in some cases they've uprooted and now consider here home, so I don't think you need worry about people believing the BS posted elsewhere.

Hi Andy,

Sheeeeeeeeeeshhh, some things never change, there's always someone who's not happy, etc.
It's not just Arcade forums, etc. it's most groups/clubs whether online or offline.

e.g. I'm in a BSAC club (Scuba diving), where, even within the club there's sometimes 'unrest' and so on. It's strange how people can behave, and sometimes it's just a simple mis-understanding or an accident, etc. In an ideal world it would be nice if we'd all just get along, sadly it's not the case :-(

1) The facts were true (some evidence now deleted). Some parts were opinions.
2) They claim to have deleted all my posts 'as a precaution' or something - when in fact I demanded they delete me and all my posts long before that.

Hi all,

I think given the subject of this post it's best if it doesn't keep getting bumped up to the top of the forum. We could always have a general "I've just (re)joined ukvac" post for everybody to use to say Hi's that don't warrant a full post in New Members Post Here.

If anybody wants to start the new thread off, feel free. I just think in terms of getting past all the recent drama and getting back to having fun with the hobby we don't want to bump this thread.

i heard your underhand tactics aernt so good either......buy a board.....3 months later test it......then screw the seller over......your up 1 board the sellers down 1 board and £100+.......

Whilst we have a very tolerant moderation policy, picking a fight with your first post isn't very polite. If you have any issues with bloodflowers I'd suggest you consider whether a public forum is the best place for it or whether PMs are better.

You seem to have your facts wrong.

I'm not posting the whole sorry tale (with all the private messages) in public because to be quite honest, it's none of your business and now that the seller is being reasonable it wouldn't be fair to post it all. I'm trying hard to shove Paypal into moving faster to sort things out properly for him.
