G07 chassis + Hantarex tube

Hello,

after months to try to get a good image on my Pacman machine. I have just discovered that my monitor is hantarex tube with a G07 chassis

It seems something common but as i did not succeed to get a good geometry (for example sometimes i have good image on left and not on right, a pure nightmare). Maybe the previous owner has forgotten something ?

What shoud I check ?

Yoke values are very far apart.... Didn't think it was even possible.

No G07 should even run with a Hantarex tube as Hantarex uses low impedance and G07 is high impedance. By rights it should damage the chassis or the yoke (or both) and not run at all. That is unless the tube has a G07 yoke on it.tb20002018-07-20 13:45:35

Ah, that's what I was going to say. Possibly sounds like bad convergence or something? Hey Grant, did you find the picture really bright running a G07 on a Hanty tube? I set up a Kortek high impedance on a G07 some time ago and I had a really bright picture (G07 tube I think had a neck heater that used a higher current, so newer lower current tube was much brighter, so I think I changed a resistor in the heater voltage supply) and had to disable one side of the east/west transformer (had bad pincushion otherwise).
