Hi all,
I'm still battling to get my Gorf 100% working, I was having Rom problems earlier as in the game crashed in the same place each time, I narrowed the fault down to the Roms as I swapped out all the other boards and the fault remained, Mike Coates kindly blew me a new set of Roms which I fitted today now the game crashes one screen earlier, I'm now thinking it may be something to do with the strapping of the Rom board as the Rom set I had had one Rom that was hacked, as in one leg was lifted and jumpered to another pin on the same rom, I have 2 Rom boards with 2 diffrent types of Roms one set had masked Roms the other had 2532's I have strapped both boards the same as in the setup that will run the 2532's. The thing that puzzles me is in the manual it gives you the strapping chart but I dont know which option applies to the 2532's
the option are DOMESTIC FOR ROMS, DOMESTIC FOR PROMS and FOREIGN ROMS, can anybody put me straight on which chart I should follow to check that the board is strapped correctly.
