Got myself a Stern Ghostbusters Pro

So. Decided to sell up my Williams games and get myself something modern. Ghostbusters is a dream theme to me and I'd heard good things about the game so grabbed one. Have to say it is a brilliant game. Very hard to start with but as you get more used to the game your ball times start to go up a lot. Everything about this game rocks, the lights and sounds are just brilliant. Made a road trip vid to go and grab it and another one looking at the machine in more depth. Take a look. Can't recommend this game enough.

Only played it a couple of times on location. Really couldn't get into it personally. Ball just hit all the posts and drained eveey time

Very nice! I almost succumbed to one of these myself as not many of the previous Stern themes appealed. Decided to stick with my Williams games in the finish though

I can totally understand that. When I first got it I was draining left right and center. That large gap between the flippers is harsh. It does click though, just takes time. I think I'd struggle playing it first on location as it really can be mean and would eat a fair few quid before I started to get to grips with it

Cheers man! Yeah one thing I would say is the build quality just isn't the same as those 90's Williams games. Those things are tanks. The play field lifting mechanism is particularly poor imo. But, the game is far deeper than the older machines which suits me well for a home machine. That said one of my favourite games of all time (Fish Tales) is pretty damn basic and I still love it!

Got a couple of games on one a couple of weeks ago and loved it! Nice purchase. Need to upgrade my job
