Well after numerous issues, I have a stable image finally.
Tr6 a bf871 transistor was knackered, so it was replaced and the voltage set to 126v.
Looks like my convergence issue and degaussing not working are my latest problems. Hard to tell from this image

Look like your contrast is up too high for a start, and/or one of the colours is being over driven, probably the green from what I can see. Adjust the cutoff or gain on to bring it down. If it's convergance, it depends on what type of yoke you have on your crt. If it's of the bonded type, you've probably got a crt which just has a factory magnetised ring round the neck. Usually found on Videocolor crts. If that's gone out of whack all you can do is remove it and get a set of standard rings and set them up. Otherwise if you've got normal rings on the neck you need to start adjusting them, i'd look in a Wells Gardner manual as they usually show the process in those. The PTCs do go wrong on these along with most other Hanty chassis, best to replace it if it's stuck on or not working at all. You want a 96009 or equivalent ptc for that chassis.
