how do i upload pics to a post anyone

Click on the tree icon and select your picture to upload.

I tried it today but it's not working,maybe it's down.

Seems to be down at the minute. There us a size limit as well ( 2.0 MB ) , There is a UKVAC resizer if you need that.

Instructions when working :-

1) Click on the tree icon

2) Click on ' Choose Image ' and navigate to the image

3) Click on upload - wait for the image to display the in the right hand box.

4) click ok to insert.

As the other replies but you may need to use a photo reducing app to get below the limit. I use an android phone and found a decent reduce photo app in the store where I only have to crop the pic and it reduces its data size automatically, typically 4Mb down to 300Kb. Only issue is I have to remember to save the image after it's done lol. If you're using a PC I'm sure it'll have a built in way of doing it.
