How to open this CP?

So i've unlocked the CP from the back, but the coin mechanism is basically blocking me from opening the CP

it doesn't slide out at all, my other cabs the board slides slightly that the CP is on but this one it screwed in place

If it's the one I think it is, it should just slide out then the panel tilt down. I would take the back off and see if a previous owner did something or something stuck in the slider part.

yeah, it does not slide out at all like the other cabs, there are screws keeping it in place i can see

I could see why someone would do this if it was a mamecab (or real I guess) some people can get really feisty when playing the likes of Street Fighter 2, so the more locked in place the better, I had one of these cabs and Mo used to, and they worked how I mentioned above.

I would also say easier to steal a game board pulling the front off!

If it’s the same as my Leisure 2000 cab: Gently squeeze the two orange tabs that hold the Mars coin mech in place and pull the mech back to release it from the plate, you should then be able to open the control panel.
