i can't use my phone

i am still having major probs using my phone on the forum. it wont load the pages and cancels all the unread posts

i have to refresh the pages over and over to get them loaded. tbh i have now stopped using it to browse here which is a pain in the butt. it doesn't matter whether im outside or linked to my home broadband. all the other forums are fine though, i know i was going to see ol at replay but i was totally gubbed at that and just wanted to curl up in a ball.

Can you tell me what phone you have and how you're getting onto ukvac? Are you definitely using http://www.ukvac.com/forum and not something similar?

When it won't load the pages, what does it do instead? Do you get a bit of the page loaded, maybe some of the pictures and logo but not everything, or do you get absolutely jack sh*t and just a blank page?

i will check what page i use to log in

it's a galaxy 4 phone.

it only loads half the page and it freezes. if i refresh it enough times it will then load the bottom half of the page.

cause im a special child ol did a thing to make my log in easier, could this be the problem ???

OK, so I'm guessing you're using the default Internet application to access us?

If you could use this link to access the forum for a few days and let me know whether things improve, get worse or remain unchanged?

This will still keep things secure, but it will also remove a possible problem to do with SSL and WebWiz not being super clever about it. I think it's possible this is related to your issues because we have a slightly different website config to J+ which is probably the only other WebWiz forum you use.

FWIW on iOS if a click a link to the forum in the mail app the majority of the time I end up at the forum root rather than the thread the link lead to.
