Evening all!!

Need help with the pinouts for a Mars MS 115 coin mech... need the pinouts for the routing plug. A manual scan would be well cool...everything I have found online is for the latter models. Sorry to interrupt the flame war with petty arcade matters, however I side with Oll as he buys me beer... funny, never realised he collected arcade stuff as well... who would have thought....

The Swallow Amusements Steve is probably the resident expert in Mars
coin-mechs, give him a try.

Thanks Rob. It is similar to a Taito, it must be a clone of some kind.
I found some stuff at B&Q but it was thin and poor quality. I just
wondered if there was a arcade supplier of something a bit higher quality.

Cheers,
Dan

Top man Steve... many thanks :)

MS 115 validator with a MS 126 separator. The routing plug is/ port is only 16 pin which is causing the problem, all the info I can find is for the 22 way plug.

Looking from the back I need new 10p left, 50p right with all other coins out of the back 2 ports (either). I am renovating a MPU4 Barcrest fruity.

Many thanks for your time.

Hi,

Routing information for the ME126 shows either a 14 or 18 way plug. Can
you confirm the number of pins. If the routing plug goes into the mech.
and not the router, it is 14 pins. Two end pins to the middle of the
mech. are unused. My scanners a bit iffy at the moment, but I can fax
the 14 pin information sheet to you if you have a fax number.

Link the following for routing to the following paths. B, C, or D.
Default is rout A

View from below:

A B

D C

Coin 10p 20p 50p £1
B 13-14 13-10 13-08 13-06
C 11-14 11-10 11-08 11-06
D 05-14 05-10 05-08 05-06

Looking at the back of the plug with the notch at the top:

13 --- 1
14 --- 2

Regards,
Steve.
