Limited Run Games

I've been waiting nearly 2 years for 3 games.

Supposedly shipped 2 months ago. Sent the tracking and no updates.

I messaged LRG and they say it must have got lost and could send replacements. I said yes please and they came back and said only 2 of them were available and the 3rd one is not.

I asked for a refund.

They sent a refund but not on the original transaction and now with the new conversion rate, I've got only £132 when I paid out £152.

So I "spent" £20 on a 2 year wait and received f' all.

Anybody been in a similar situation?

I think I'm done with this limited games BS, 2 year waiting etc for games promised within 9 months etc

That's a bit of a bummer. I've only bought a couple of releases direct from them and both turned up after a long wait. Pretty sure they weren't tracked so guess loads probably disappear. You'd at least expect your initial purchase refunded tho

yep, i consider that company to be just one notch short of a scam, limited is the correct word

They have so many preorders. Just cancelled my last preorder from March. Games been delayed again.

Will just buy on ebay. Maybe a tenner more per game but less risk
