Every so often, when visiting the site on mobile, I'm getting asked and warned about a download.
On this occasion it was "multiple" downloads.

One of the files in question is named as "gs34KczTgsA".

I'm on a android device, if that matters.

Any ideas admin?

It's nothing to worry about. A post has an embedded YouTube video using the URL as http://www.youtube.com/v/gs34KczTgsA

It's been quoted twice, so is now on the Donkey Kong WR thread three times so it prompts to download "gs34KczTgsA" three times when the page is loaded

What I think they actually wanted you to see was:

Thanks for the info Ben, I was wondering about this myself.

Question - I can see the video you posted above correctly and it doesn't ask for a download, but on the pages where I get asked to download a file, just a big white space shows up. Is this just because the original link has been quoted again, or is it something to do with how it was originally formatted?

It's a bit annoying not being able to see the vids on my tablet.

Ta!

Hey Chad, as far as I can tell the video was originally linked in the post as http://www.youtube.com/v/gs34KczTgsA

It should have been linked as http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gs34KczTgsA

So if you browse to the incorrect link above it asks you to download gs34KczTgsA

The link then got quoted twice by various people, and that in turn then created 3 separate downloads of gs34KczTgsA

So the blank space is the embedded link
