Monitor problems w Pandory DX

I’ve 2 x jamma cabs.
Taken best vertical monitor from one & used in second. However when I connect
Vertical Pandoras box (updated w Pandory) it isn’t appearing/recognising monitor.
This box has worked with 3 x different monitors previously.
Also it works with Icade board (60 in 1) just fine.
Tried holding the button on Pandoras to change res and no luck. Also tried buttons on monitor but still nothing.
Confused as to why it’s not recognising it.

If I remember correctly, you need to hold the button in whilst powering on to change refresh rate. Are you doing that ?

Yes. Tried several times.

are the led's changing on the side to indicate the mode changes ?

The pandoras works w other monitors. Just this one for some reason

Wouldn't be anything to do with it being a touch screen monitor ? Otherwise no idea.
