Mvs 1 slot problem

Hello All

I gotta MVS 1 slot that has an issue, the pin 8 (STOP Mode) is always on. Ive checked the dip with a multimeter and that is working fine.

Anyone on here take a look at it for me please?

Sadly by the time you have shipped both ways & had repaired it will cost more than buying a working one. I think they are around £50 to buy.
